Yes, that was the case for me too. It seems sometimes impossible to navigate the web nowadays. You are always being led round in circles with big flashy signes promising everything you want for free. And then you see that your song stops after one minute, or your pictures have big clumsy watermarks on them. So I did what most people with do, and turned to my friends for help. It wasn’t long before I was lead to this website, with good comments coming from almost all my friends. It seems I was one of the few people who actually hadn’t started using it yet. Problem fixed now though.
