The Kites Calling Cards are good cards to have and use on your cell phone. This card is provided by Lycatel. My friend Brad was telling me about this card and said that he thinks it is the best to have. There is a surcharge of 5¢ per minute. He said that he has been using this card for awhile now. He gave me one of the cards as a birthday gift and I love it. I have been able to get some great use out of it. We spend a lot of time on the phone because we are real good friends.
