The sales of my small company have been doing all right considering the downturn in the economy this past year.  I did not want sales to slip and was hoping that they would improve by 12% in the next quarter.  I felt that my staff needed a little a Motivational Sales Training from a professional marketing company.  I was able to get an expert to provide an in-house training session early next week.  This would give the marketing professional a little time to become familiar with my business and our products.  I also gave him a quick overview of where we were at in sales and we are we wanted to be next quarter.
