My brother runs his own business, and is always looking for new ways to keep in touch with customers, while staying ahead of his competition. One thing that he did not do in the past was return calls in a timely manner. This was a result of him not being around his home often to return phone calls to his land line phone. Many customers called this number as it was the one he listed on his website. In order to serve his customers better, he started using gsm gateways so he would be able to have the calls to his home sent right to his cell phone.
