Applied the theme NiteXPm3 + Tango Patcher, and is now cutting a few words, see the pictures below:
What is the change that has the bar of icons or delete some shortcuts, such as removing the 'My Network Places' or leave the list without showing that bar ...
Is there any way to do that?

either use an alternative filemanager or mess with the registry (have a back up)

This happens sometimes... i dont think you can fix it, but you can possibly removed the my network places with a registry hack
