Unfortunately you can't put it on Nano's  , only works with 5 and 5.5G iPod Videos so far

I owned a 3rd gen. It served me well in school! I haven't purchased one since because I never have time to listen to music on the go anymore :/ I used to take the bus, so iPod was a necessity!
