just take one and replace the images really... or follow the tutorials on the VLC website and download the Java skin creator. its pretty easy. the hard part is actually making the images.

OH, also check gnome-look.org under the XMMS skins cause most of those work with VLC  |

I've been searching a long time for a quicklook vlc skin but never found 1 but there are some pretty good ones for KMPlayer! 
How about this 1 ?
