Gee you eye is how i pronounce it.
I'm guessing some others might read it as gwee

| Yeah, kinda weird. Because in one of the "hello im a mac" "hell im a pc" comemrical the pc guy says "gooey" "gwee". |

It's "goowee"... IT people pronounce it goowee, I learned from IT people... so I pronounce it goowee

i prefer to just say G.U.I. its much more understandable every once in a while ill say galaxy guy. But i just wiki'd it it stands for graphical user interface. which is short for G.U.I. so i believe that would be the pronunciation would be G.U.I.
Unfortunately the dictionary says it pronounced goo-ey like toffee

the intended pronunciation is GUI. from the start its been GUI but if you say Gooey thats cool too... but our preffered way is G U I
