i have a few PC games but i own a mac. how can i play them on here? don't say boot camp b/c im not paying 400 bux so i can install it and parallels is way slow

Buy the mac version (although VERY few have mac versions)

Its not possible through VMware. You can download the beta 2 version that has it, i saw it in my RSS feeds today. Doesn't support all games though. I would just do boot camp with xp pro.

but that would require me 2 go purchase XP which is expensive unless u can walk me thru another way that we would discuss privately

done that, ive tried the 1 that comes w/ windows comps (friends CD BTW) and burning 2 a CD but still no good, has 2 b the store bought copy

Bootcamp requires Windows XP SP2, or Windows Vista.

You can alternatively try Crossover, which is comparatively cheaper...but still not free.
It is basically WINE for games.

Bootcamp will give you the best experience, period.

tru. but u can't use a copy of it burned 2 a CD-R and i was only able 2 ever get parallels 2 work, tho very laggy(vmware and crossover always acted up)

ya i wont. last time i listened 2 u w/ that it never worked and my comp crashed the next day, and macs dont crash. so i was lik wtf

I tried some games on Hackintosh with Crossover. They worked very well, but framerate was a little bit low instead running on Windows.

I run all my games on crossover, its not always that stabel but it does the job.
