OK, so I'm looking for a new desktop.
I went to all of my usual places to look, newegg etc..
Then I go to apple.com and look at the clearance and markdowns.
I see 24" iMac with 2gb ram and the extreme processor FOR 41% OFF!
The reason is because it's refurbished. Is getting refurbished stuff a good idea? |

its not a bad idea, especially since its from APPLE. Ive heard good things about refurbished apple computers, they're just like new

i know people who have bought refurbished computers from apple and they have been satisfied with it 
i'm gonna get a refurbished ipod from them in a few days cause broke mine.

| My experiences with refurbished computers have been good. But for any other electronic... I wouldn't even consider refurbished. |
