Make the background fixed so it doesnt scroll since it isnt a tiled one. Use a dark gray instead of black for the background where the text is so its easier to read. Make the text white or a very light gray like it is on here since it also isnt very easy to read when its that dark. And finally brighten up the link colors as well.
