I think I accidently ended a wrong process my icons and toolbar are flashing on an off what process must I run??? sad :'(

Just restart your computer, the processes should run normally then wink

Its a virus that keeps restarting explorer.exe very well, gay. I cant fight it rawr :l

you can just try a free antivirus progam, some of them work just as well. i believe you made another thread about that lol

who did? just download a gree antivirus, scan, fix. if it doesnt fix it google the name of the proccess or virus at least and youll find special tools to fix it

it was a spyware doctor serial break site...ugh i dont know the name of the virus. its opening and closing explorer.exe so annoying!!!!

haha, look for any unusually named processes running. google them, see if anything is using a lot of cpu google it. once you find out the name google *** virus fix and download the tool, repair (follow instructions). thats all it should be removed. in worst case scenario backup files to external hd or ipod and install windows again

this is so hard! Alex the other admin is my close friend he told me to dl linux then go from there. I think he may come over some time in the near future if i cant fix this haha if that fails thanks for an alternative. btw i was wondering how to get stars hah :biggrin:

I recommend NOT using explorer, the UI is to complex for what it does. Firefox or Safari is safer, quicker and easier to use.

Should solve the virus problem for now too.
