I just changed my wallpaper and all of a sudden my HDD icons have a background on their titles. I've tried all the fixes I can find: enabling drop shadow use, locking web items on desktop, everything I could find on Google, to no avail. Anyone else had this happen to them? Anyone else get it to go away?
Here's what I'm talking about:

That can happen when the wallpaper's resolution is too high for your screen. 1- Try resizing it OR 2- Display Properties -> Desktop -> Customize Desktop -> Web ... Make sure the "Lock desktop items" is unchecked 3- Check the Use Drop Shadows option |

Ah, it was probably the wallpaper's resolution, but I've already deleted the icons so it's not a problem now. |
