can you put a leopard disk in a non-mac pc?

changing windows to mac with no need of buying a fancy apple mac...
just buying a mac disk...

I've been using vista for like half a year now, and the only real problem was firefox crashing every 10 minutes...
I thought SP1 would fix that, but it didn't do anything lol
Then I disabled an add-on i had for firefox and it never does it anymore tongue
The only downside to vista is that you can't use stuff like styler and findexer, etc.
